National Committee on Quality Assurance
The National Committee on Quality Assurance is an organization that analyzes and ranks medical offices and hospitals throughout the country. NCQA evaluates each on their qualifications and level of response to different medical situations. Based on this, Novant Health Hillsdale Medical Associates have been recognized for providing outstanding diabetes care, and quality heart and stroke care.
Patient-Centered Medical Home
The Patient-Centered Medical Home designation is a relatively new one given to primary care physicians who meet certain standards in coordinating care for their patients. Novant Health Hillsdale Medical Associates earned the designation because of our commitment to providing seamless care to our patients. We work to integrate care in our office, and any care required from a specialist or at a hospital. We also strive to include caregivers and other physicians in each patient's network of care.
